The graphic panel is protected inside the display base during travel and storage.
When it's time to present the graphic panel, you simply insert the pole into the base, pull the graphic panel out of the base and attach it to the top of the pole.
A tension spring inside the display base keeps the banner taunt and straight during presentation.
